4th of July

We were in Lake Winnipesaukee for the 4th and had a wonderful day. The weather was great and the lake was warm. We went out on the boat and hung out on the beach before we barbaqued and watched fireworks. We even played the all american sport baseball out on the lawn in the afternoon! After dinner Jess made a fire in the fire pit for the kids to roast marshmellow's and play with sparklers. Then we loaded all the kids in the boat and drove out closer to town and watched the fireworks show. It was really fun and everyone had a blast. It went by way to fast. Thanks for the wonderful week friends!

Lake Winnipesauke

We took the whole family across the country to one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to, Lake Winnipesauke, New Hampshire. Our good friends the Hatch's invited us out again for the 4th of July. We were there with them and another family the Cutler's. All together we had 9 kids which sounds like a very tiring vacation on the lake but it was relaxing and fun. We were able to do some skiing and wake boarding. The house we stayed in had a tree house and a trampoline along with every water sport and toy you could need. The kids were spoiled for choice and by the end of each day were completely tired out. I had a great time catching up with Melissa and MA. We left the kids a few times and went shopping and to dinner with our husbands. I was even able to wake board a few times!

Life at the Beach!

We have been having the best summer! The kids are at a great age for the beach. So with my good friend Vanessa and her four kids in town for the month of July it was one big party! We spent a lot of time at the beach, staying from early afternoon till evening. We even had a baseball game one night, girls against boys! Sydney is telling me the girls won, I think the tide won. We had to leave as the tide was coming in a little to close.

Sydney really took to boogie boarding. Last summer we couldn't get her to get wet past her ankles in the ocean so this came as a big surprise. She and Lily would be out in the waves for hours having a great time. Bella was happy body surfing and playing on the sand.

Along with the beach we also went to Legoland, a Padre's game and saw some fun movies. We did a lot of kids stuff but we did get away with our husbands for some nice dinners and some fun girl's nights. Can't wait for next year!

I wish I could post all the picture but there is not room. Hopefully I will get a slide show posted soon.
